We offer affordable, in-person (or phone/online) mental health counselling for individuals, couples, families, and co-parents. Our goal is to promote the development and maintenance of self-managed care techniques for mental wellbeing.

Fundamentals

There is sound scientific evidence about what is effective for depression and mental health. The problem is it takes an enormous amount of perseverance, which seems impossible when we’re struggling. That’s why we’re here.

How counselling can help

At your own pace, counselling is an opportunity to have support, motivation, and accountability. It’s a chance to learn positive coping mechanisms, go deeper into problems/solutions and to collaborate with a highly trained professional.
